Registration for student parking is now online. Online registration will begin on July 18th and run through August 15th. Students will be able to pay for parking during orientations or in the financial office (AP office) after orientations have concluded. Parking passes will be distributed in the commons on August 22nd from 5 - 7 pm. Students must present a receipt of payment and their valid Texas drivers license to receive their tag.
Instructions for registration:
Please access the web page listed below to submit your registration. Priority will be given to those students who choose to share a parking space with another licensed junior or senior student. Senior sharers will receive top priority followed by Junior sharers, Senior singles and finally Junior singles. To complete the registration process you will need the following items:
1. Login: Username (typically the first five letters of your last name followed by the first three letters of your first name) and password (stu+ the last five digits of your SS #: ex: stu12345 ) are the same as your First Class account.
2. Insurance information: Company name, policy number
3. Vehicle Information: Year, Make, Model, Color, License Plate#, and VIN # for each vehicle that you might drive.
4. If sharing a space with another student, you will need the First Class user name of the person that you will be sharing with.
Only Junior and Senior students will be allowed to access the registration web page. If you are not classified yet as a Junior or Senior, you will not be able to register to park on campus. After logging on to the web page, you will be instructed to read through a short safety and campus orientation presentation. Please read carefully to familiarize yourself with the parking rules, safety guidelines, and traffic patterns associated with the campus. Following this presentation, you must pass a quiz and score 80% or higher before you will be allowed to access the registration page.
The Final Steps: Once you have completed the registration process, all that is left is to pay the parking fee ($75.00) and present a valid drivers license.
Students who register after this date will be placed on a wait list and given parking as spaces come available. Students who want to share a parking space need to register by the August 15th deadline to receive priority consideration. Both students must register their intent prior to the deadline. Students who decide to share parking after the deadline will only receive best available spaces.
If you experience problems trying to register through this process, please contact your College Park Assistant Principal, or David Perkins, TWCP Associate Principal for assistance.
