NEW Athletic Director and Head Football Coach

College Park High School announces the hiring of Kyle Coats as the new Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach.  Kyle spent last season as the defensive coordinator for the State Champion Desoto Eagles.  Prior to that, he was the defensive coordinator at Round Rock Westwood.

Before entering the high school level, Coach Coats served at the college level beginning at Hardin-Simmons University.  He moved to Trinity University for a season and then returned to Hardin-Simmons.  Next, he moved to East Texas Baptist before landing at the University of Texas to coach for Tom Herman.

Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to College Park.  His background and college connections will be a huge asset to the overall athletic programs at College Park.
