Medication on Campus:  If you are needing to check in medication to the clinic for this school year, call the clinic to schedule a time. 936-709-3007
Please bring with you any medical alert forms signed and dated by your physician for any medications pertaining to asthma, allergies, diabetes, seizures, etc.
All immunizations and reason of conscience for immunization exemptions are due September 9, 2022 to remain enrolled.  All enrolled students (In Person or Virtual) must be current on all vaccinations, according to TEA guidelines.
